whats your overall opinion on the ostarine? Ive ranit a few times in stacks and found it to be just ok. I wasnt sure if it was just bc the ostarine i got wasnt the ebst or what as research/peptide labs can be very hit or miss. I did up to 50mg/day. Was thinking of changing to LGD 4033 the next go round.
Benched 275 for the first time since surgery. Hit it for 6 controlled slower reps. Coulda probably done 8 or 10 even but it's been a while and I still don't want to push it 100%. Took a break on legs this week, only squatted up to 315 for 12 and then did a lot of leg curls. Deadlifts were good as ever 545 for a single, 495x5, 405x10 without letting go, minimal bounce of floor. Did triceps three times this week not super heavy just lots of machine work for volume trying to get it pumped back to normal size. Close grip bench 225x10, 185x10x3. Hang cleans 185x12. Dumbbell rows 110x12. Had a good week besides legs. Wil hit em hard next week, just wanted a break...
