Current diet plan
3 egg whites with tomato.
*1 hour later 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil.
1g vitamin c
1 hour later, 1 green apple
*1 hour later choice lean chicken or turkey breast grilled, with spinach and asparagus tips. Or green beans
1 hour later a green apple.
*.chicken salad, as much lettuce as you like and salad, only olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
No food after 6pm only green tea.

Day 1 training.
5 Sets of 25 reps laying leg press
5 sets of 25 reps dumbbell lunges
5 sets of 30 reps leg extentions
5 sets of 12 laying hamstring curls
Day 2 training
4 sets of 12 dumbbell shoulder press
4 sets of 15 lateral shoulder raises
4 sets of 10 barbell upright rows.
4 sets of 10 hanging leg raise
4 sets of 30 Russian twists
Day 3 training
Wide grip barbell bicep curl 3x 10
Close grip 2 x15
Tricep cable push downs 5 sets of 20
seated Dumbell skull crusher 4 sets of 10
This is for the next 2 weeks

First weeks plan, all peps are GTGchem.
Ok first thing am 150mcg of hgh frag injected into your stomach fat
100mcg of aod9604 injected into your tummy fat.
This pep hasn't widely been used but it is superb at breaking down fat.
And 60 mcg of clenbuterol
This will be ramped up then dropped so receptors can refresh.
wait 40 mins before eating
with breakfast 20mg of mk677 and drop 10mg of mk2866 we leave that out for 2 weeks
pre workout 150mcg hgh frag
Mid morning 50mcg t3
Before bed 25mcg t3 about 1 hour before
And 250mcg of cjc1295 with dac subq

Today was my first day back boxing and I had so much energy it was insane. It was definately a huge difference from this last week being sick.
I'm 45 pounds from my goal and im hoping in the next two weeks to drop 15 more pounds. Atleast that's my goal.... I figure if I put the work in I'll see the results I want

The diet looks very interesting. Are there any specific meals to be eaten pre and post-workout?
How much cardio and what type are you doing? LISS, HIIT...? After training, empty stomach??
When eating chicken or turkey breast, how many ounces do you eat?
As far as training, it looks great, but I do not see anything for back, or chest....Is there a reason for that.
The progress is fantastic and it is working great. Just curious about the above questions
