This is embarrassing and yeah I know I know yuck... but I wont be this way for long.... like I said we all start somewhere right.

I have lost a full cup size in my boobs and inches equally over my body in the last week since starting peptides. Energy is still very high.

Keep up the hard work. You have a great attitude and motivation. Like you said, we all have to start somewhere. Not one of us in here was born with a perfect body and I'm sure all of us in here in some degree are still working towards that. I know I am. Keep making progress and don't give up. And remember it takes time!! Nice work BF.

I haven't faltered yet... I've been to the gym everyday but thurs. (Which was my off day) .. I'm motivated to just do it... No excuses.
 
Update: my night injections of cjc1295 with dac give me a hot flash (very very mild) tolerable

Since I added my aod I've notice more fat loss in my stomach and evenly overall.
I have dropped 3 additional pounds since my last update. While taking the Clen my appetite was exstremely slim... Was hard to eat everything on my meal plan. On thurs I ceased the clen and upped my t3.

My energy is very HIGH.

I ordered some gh (100iu) from gtgchem.com; AGAIN ordering was easy, fast, and the guy on the other end was easy to contact and very fast at replying to my email. I love that I get a tracking number for my order so I know exactly when to exspect my package.

Ok first thing am 150mcg of hgh frag injected into your stomach fat

100mcg of aod9604 injected into your tummy fat.
This pep hasn't widely been used but it is superb at breaking down fat.


wait 40 mins before eating

with breakfast 10mg of mk677 and 10mg of mk2866 this is to prevent a bad stomach from the carrier.

pre workout 150mcg hgh frag

Mid morning 25mcg t3

Before bed 25mcg t3 about 1 hour before
And 250mcg of cjc1295 with dac subq around 8 pm

1iu gh before bed on an empty stomach.
 
I got myself a speed rope :yeahthat: and im going to jump rope 30 minutes before bed every night ;) plus stick to my work outs. I'm still boxing and suspension training plus my 3 days of weight training. Out of all those... I have to say the suspension training is no joke, that kicks my ass everytime. If any of you guys want to try something different Id suggest this. You basically use your own body weight to workout till you fail... Planks, stair stepping... You name it... You work different body parts and by the end of your workout your shaking because your body is resetting itself...


I whopped my leg and ankle a few times with the speed rope I bought.... That hurts really bad btw... May take me a few days to get better and get some sort of rythem going .. May add some different foot and leg variations as I get better 😜


Should get my gh tomorrow or tues and will update after my first injection.
