212.4 lbs. as of yesterday morning. Slowly moving up the scale! Switching to Deca next week from EQ with Test Cyp.

Just adding this picture here as well for my log progress! Don't mean to spam with all these posts lately!

Was running Test Cyp/EQ for 12 weeks, now switching to Test Cyp/Deca for hopefully another 12 weeks starting Monday, and then gauge where I am at after that! Will enter an "off" period if not dieting down and then hit another growth period OR will go straight in to a dieting phase depending on how I am looking/feeling!

214 lbs. first thing out of bed this morning! Up 30+ lbs. so far since dieting down. Slowly but surely!

Still dealing with this tennis elbow these past couple of weeks. Been going lighter and higher reps on arms and shoulder days. Also been icing on and off and added some BPC and TB-500 so hopefully that will help! Might look in to doing a little ART if it keeps persisting per my coach’s suggestion!

217 lbs. This morning straight out of bed! Holding at 300g. of carbs right now with 1 or 2 scheduled cheat meals throughout the week!

I feel like I’m finally starting to move the dial in the direction I want to go in size-wise!

ART again this morning for the tennis elbow! Seems like it started helping a little even after the first session last week!

Legs this morning:

Leg Press: 5 Sets of 6-10r, failure on last set
Leg Extension: 4 Sets of 6-10r, failure on last set
Single Leg Extension: 1 set 8r, failure on last set with one drop set
Leg Curls: 4 sets, last set to failure with one drop set
Ab machine: 1 set to failure
Leg lifts: 1 set to failure
obliques with dumbbell: 1 set each side to failure
 
220 lbs. This morning out of bed! Have a couple scheduled cardio sessions this week. May have slightly overdid it in the cheat meal Saturday! LOL

Back, Abs, and 25 minutes of cardio this morning. Also started some IGF-LR3 at 50mcg/day just for a little extra boost for 30 days.
