100 mg is enough to have the full effects.200mg = 4000FU. If I remember correctly Dante recommended that dose twice a day. I buy mine from bulk supplements in powder form so its been easier to dose at once per day. I take a little more than Dante recommended but i'd rather do that than donate blood. Romo mentioned tanking iron levels, it still recovering from mine.
