I’ve been Mia for the last little while due to everything going in for the holidays, but training has been going good. Weight is sitting between 218-219. Been eating really good too!

I think this would benefit you. Sometimes we don't see the changes as much because we see ourselves everyday.

Just eat good and be consistent. I am sure you will get where you want to be. I always tell people the training part at gym is easy. Where people fail most is outside the gym through proper eating habits.

Absolutely man. And after 20 years of dealing with ibs and stomach issues, eating feels like such a huge chore for me. I’d almost rather just go with nothing. Which is such a bummer as I really love to cook

I recently had a stomach viral infection that lasted 7 days. I couldn't eat, was nauseated and had bad diarrhea. It was miserable. I couldn't imagine that as an ongoing thing.

Yes. I was recently diagnosed with mast cell disorder. Essentially, my mast cells just determine that normal every day things are allergies and release huge amounts of histamines to fight them.
Im on a pretty heavy antihistamine regimen as well as two mast cell stabilizing drugs. It has made a pretty big difference…..but I still struggle with being afraid I’m gonna end up with the same issues I used to have. I think at this point you could probably call it an eating disorder. I really struggle with making myself eat anything that doesn’t sound REALLY appetizing anymore. I’d almost rather just go without
