What do people feel would be the best approach if you had 3 weeks until a beach weekend?

This would be drug free and with high BF (18-20%). 6'1 230lbs.

Obvioulsly best approach would be to not be so fat in the first place lol.

Was thinking something like Lyle Mc Donald RFL diet + 5-6 days a week lifting and occasional cardio depending on how i feel (due to restricted kcals).

Appreciate any advice.

Fast for 20 days and slowly start eating one day before...

If you want to look good on the beach just diet like everyone else. If you want to dry out in the sun drink some vodka and have fun at the party. Don't stand there like a complete tit scared you will lose your condition if you drink some fluids You are on holiday so enjoy yourself. Plus sure no one else really cares if you look 5, 6 or 7% at the party apart from other insecure bodybuilders attending because they basically look at any other men as competition. You only live once so sure try to look good but not at the expense of having fun.

You are right about only living once. Especially if you are at the beach and single with woman around.....nothing better than being in great shape. I'm not talking about a guy who comes across as an arrogant jerk, but someone who enjoys life and wants to have a good time.....you will have a blast and being in great shape is well with it.
