You are right about only living once. Especially if you are at the beach and single with woman around.....nothing better than being in great shape. I'm not talking about a guy who comes across as an arrogant jerk, but someone who enjoys life and wants to have a good time.....you will have a blast and being in great shape is well with it.

Exactly. I was in Marbella recently so it's paradise for this sort of thing. I went to a big pool party full of amazing girls. Guys will go the hotel gym before the pool party to pump up and I don't blame them. I would have done it if I wasn't so drunk at 11am As you state if you aren't an arrogant prick and a nice person girls will love it. Although a girl would probably prefer the arrogant guy over an insecure one obsessed with his looks and scared to have fun incase it ruins his look. There has to be a balance with all of this. I want to look ripped and for my body to stand out but I still have lots of fun and drink/eat what I want when on holiday. You have to have an off switch. Well you don't as some guys are just a bit boring and that is perfectly fine as well.
