Damn im reading this whole thread and having second thoughts on incorporating letro into my upcoming cycle. I have a ton of beautiful Letro BP tabs, 2.5mcg.
I am prone to gyno a bit, had the surgery over ten years ago, but the doc said he did not remove all the mammary glands. Am just coming off a 10 week Tren/IGF-1(preworkout), LGD-4033, and Exemestane @ 25mcg E/O/D cycle. Libido is Gone. Nada/Zilch. My next cycle will be basically 14 weeks, gonna run..
GH 6iu every day(year round)
25 mcg T3/Day
1,000 MG Test E/week in divided doses for even blood levels
700mg/week EQ
Humalog 6-8iu PREworkout
25mg Bromo(exemestane) E/O/D
...was gonna incorporate 1/2 tab Letro E/O/D if i saw gyno starting to creep in, and use it for a month. But i don't want to kill my libido, which Letro ALWAYS does...plus on a personal note, just started dating a really hot girl, and i can't even think about abnormal libido. Its dead as we speak...i think i was on anti-E's constantly since Last August...with prohormones and SARMS mostly, and i did (liquid) letro for like 50 days, 2.5mcg every day to kill my gyno that was creeping in.Im using Yohimburn ES topically everyday, which does seem to help.
Bros i really think i killed my test levels. Im hoping that the 1,000mg of test per week will bring me back from the dead? has anyone had such a long term issue and fixed it? Should i do the aromasin at 25mg every day instead of every other day? i know it has a very long half life thats why i am dosing it the way i am. Also ran Toremifene Citrate for 2 months straight, as it is shown to possible reverse existing gyno. Did i really kill my test levels that bad? Also have some 50 mg clomids on hand? I would greatly appreciate anyone's input. you guys have some good posts, different reactions to the letro. For ME, it kills my libido totally. Elvia? JohnieJ? i would be interested in your input if you have the time. Thanks all in advance!!

I never use AI's except a few weeks out from a show to tighten up. I like my estrogen.

For the new girlfriend I would take 25 mg tadalafil with 1mg PT-141 or 1mf melanotan2 a hour before seeing her. Take the PT/melanotan with food. This stack of tadalafil/melanotan gives me an erection that points straight up at the North Star and a much greater sex drive. It's like being in high school again. I find this combo works best for sex drive if only used a few times a week. I still feel the sex drive increase and harder erections the next day.

PT141 works systemically so subcutaneous injection anywhere goes to the penis just like taking a pge1 inject into the penis.

That is great news , I love pge-1 but hate injecting into my dick , I'm so worried about getting an infection there .im going to try JJB1's protocol of 1mg pt141 and 25mg cialis .

JohnJ thanks a lot man!! Im gonna do just that protocol you mentioned. I have high BP also, should i worry about the Cialis interacting with that i wonder? Im sure if like you suggested that combo a few times a week, i should be GTG...its not like i will bo dosing it everyday. waiting for my Test to land....im hoping that will wake things up before i even have to do anything else. Matey I just got some of our new batch tadalafil and it seems to be stronger than before. It was amazing before so be prepared

Not tried pt141 but have used mt2 loads and that combo is the perfect peptide stack for sexual performance.

Hey Elvia, interesting you mention the Melanotan II and PT-141 stack work for you this way, because i use Melanotan II exclusively for tanning, and the only 'side' i get is the nausea, and a bit of a headache. NO sexual benefit whatsoever. Maybe i am a non-responder in this effect? The PT-141 JohnieJ mentioned along with the Tadalafil, i wonder if my body will respond to THAT combo differently, since obviously the PT-141 works in a specific manner addressing the Libido issue. I am just hoping i didn't kill my sex drive to the point of no return...doing what i would call anti-E ABUSE. Wow that shit was stupid of me....Mikey please post and let us know how soon it works for ya man!!

I've been running letro at 1.25mgs a night for a couple days now. I haven't ran an AI in a month or so and I raised my test to 400mgs a week. My nipples were looking funny and shiny, usually happens when estro is too high. Plan is to run this for a week to crash my estrogen levels.

First couple days my libido was up. Today my libido seemed down this morning so it may be hitting me already. I'll keep updating day to day till the end of the week.

Yes, melanotan II kicks my sex drive up a lot.

If you have abused anti estrogens then it will simply take some time for things to get back to normal. Are you on cycle or trt? What exactly are you running now? If you are on either I would just leave the anti-e's and let your estrogen rise and then keep it in range.

How much MT2 do you take? The sexual benefits mainly happen for me with larger doses. I say larger but still only 250mcg and above. Now if I were to use say 500mcg the erections would be ridiculous. Even if you don't get it from mt2 the pt-141 is the sole reason for the sexual performance benefits. Therefore you could dose that higher so you should get multiplied results (when compared to mt2).

I notice you say libido issues so you must mean sex drive. Both of these drugs don't improve libido directly (chemically). Your low estrogen will likely be the cause for that (perhaps psychological reasons too). The thing is though I state directly because when these have such an effect on erections you can't help but want sex more. Plus if I take a high dose of either or a combo of the two I will literally have an erection most of the day

So for you I think these will help but you need to sort out your hormones first and foremost. Have you had recent blood work? Test, Estrogen, Cortisol, Prolactin etc?

4th day today. I'm aching pretty bad, either my training has been great or this letro is kicking my ass. My knees ache a bit. Once my elbows ache I know e2 is crashed. 3 more days to go!!

letro lowers estrogen around 45-63% in men..

just wanted to make that clear.. saw a couple figures in the 90+ percentages mentioned in this thread.. not the case, unless you are a woman.

Good point. Thanks for sharing that information. We have to be careful when reading studies since most if not all are done on women.

I do have a minor migraine now. I assume it is related to letro lowering estro in the brain. This is also affecting my libido. It's weird, it's as if my libido goes in and out. I think the tren and letro are combating each other libido wise. Weird situation for me lol!!

Do you look more muscular from the letrozole removing subcutaneous water?

Yes AI's don't have as much effect in men as many think. Most of the studies you read are done on women. However as Rambo is experiencing now letro can do that in a matter of days. 1 week on a high dose of good letro will dry me up a silly amount. My knees will be one of the first things to ache, then my back and then everything else

I ran out of exemestane and upped my test and my left nipple is showing signs of estrogenic gyno so I need to get back on asap. I knew it would happen. I thought I had some of our letro left in my drawer but realized I used it all so will have to get something soon. I don't like letro as a normal AI though... much prefer exemestane. Letro for me is all about drying out and even at fairly low doses feels stronger to me than the other AI's (although studies would go against that as they are usually closely matched).

See bold. You hit the nail right on the head. No one is understanding what I am doing here except for a few. I am seeing visible changes in the mirror daily. This is prime for my cut. I need to know how much actual fat is hiding by dropping all this water.

I understand this is a silly experiment.....but I love to try new things and figure out how stuff works in my body.
