Sunday Update: 7 weeks out

Weight on Sat: 201.3 (-.7)
Cardio: Same 3x30, 2x40min
Saturday Refeed day/high carb day
Almost 600g carbs from Cereal, rice, pancakes, banana, bagels
Low fat as possible

Gear: the same except no more DNP.

It's time to drop some cals:

Meal 1:
1 scoop Syntha 6 mixed with 1 scoop ISO
1 Bagel

Meal 2:
6oz chicken
10 oz rice

Meal 3:
6 oz Chicken Salad
Veggies

Meal 4:
6oz lean steak
10oz rice

Meal 5
2 packets instant oats OR 2 pieces of Toast
3 Whole eggs
3 Egg Whites

Monday update:
Woke up at 199.3lb, I even lost weight after my refeed.

Refeed didn't hurt me. It filled me up nicely, I had 2 great workouts so far.

Don't be scared of refeeds if you're on schedule and losing fat every week. don't over do it but it's needed for so many reasons. Look in the mirror and evaluate how you look.

I didn't hold water, I think I was sweating it all out like a sauna session. I was flat though, fatigued, tired and dragging. I once took 500mg and I was too lazy to lift up my arm

UPDATE 3/12/17 6 weeks out

Chest day today and a Refeed; or maybe just 1 cheat meal.
Weight: 198lbs
Cardio: Same
supplements: Same
Diet: same

I feel good, and on track.

Starting t3 25mcg today
Starting Var 40mg today(I was going to start it 8 weeks out but I waited)

I'm shooting to do classic physique and since I'm 5'9, I have to weigh in at 185lb or less to make it in that category or else I'll just have to do bodybuilding. I think I can do it

Shooting for 190 on stage.

Update:
So I did go over board yesterday

I had 4 slices of pizza; small fries, bread sticks and frozen yogurt then I stopped at 7/11 and had 3 donuts, Gatorade and vitamin water to hydrate.
Vascularity was amazing; road maps everywhere with that much carbs and sodium. I cut my protein in almost half and my dietary fats in my diet to compensate.

I'll evaluate my weight in 3 days and see where I'm at. I'm not too worried.
