The changes she has has made even in just the last few weeks are astounding. If you were able to see her in person right now your jaw would drop. It's an amazing thing to be able to see this every day. To think that just a year ago she was competing in bikini and placing poorly is crazy. Anthro has developed a look that I have seen in very few women. Very symmetrical physique, beautiful round muscle bellies, and striations in just the right places. I think some feelings are going to be hurt on stage in 5 weeks. I can't wait to be there to witness it.

Actually, I haven't really put much thought into my post competition meal. I think that's because I've been gettin cheat meals every week for a while now. After Boston, I'm not even sure if we get a cheat because Flex and I have shows after that. The only thing we really have planned is getting some Cinnabon after my last show



Your right!! It's crazy how tiny she was while competing in bikini and even crazier to see how much muscle she has packed on her frame ever since. Anthro definitely has great genetic's and your right....there might be a few ladies left crying back stage!!

Today- I must be strong!

Today is by far the hardest day of my prep to date. I'm having such a hard time focusing at work, I gave up trying to do anything productive for the rest of the day (luckily my boss is mad cool).
Today is my extra back day with a little extra hamstring work, and I have a feeling it's gonna be a rough one.
I'm pushing through though, and just need to keep my eye on that overall. Must focus Jamie, must focus!
It will be well worth the struggle...
