Osta-Gain's Ostarine/MK 2866 journal

Is Frank crusing on MK? 15mg am and 15 pm (45 min before training) is nice during a cruise.

Currently it is all he is taking, all 30mg at one dose though in the morning. Going to test that for a month that dosing then next month switch to split doses to see if he notices a difference in the timing split.

He is getting hoping on some other products very shortly but loving this MK-2866.

Definitely more pumped than he would normally be. If he lift anything or do any activity that is taxing in a slight way then he starts to feel a slight pump, gets hardcore when lifting.

Frank had the past few days off lifting and exercise, letting the body and finger heal a bit. Will report later with diet and exercises
 
Frank attempted to workout with DB's and such, but hurt the hand too much so backed off.

Workout:
Chest/Shoulder

Chest fly 4 x 12
Incline press 4 x 10
Chest press 4 x 10

Over head press 5 x 6
Side lat raise 4 x 15
Shrugs 3 x 10

Took today off cardio, going to hit it hard tomorrow, attempt back and arms and see how it feels gripping things.


Diet today (just listing not putting what was in what meal):
8 whole eggs
2 scoops humapro
6 sausage links
4 turkey patties
1 serving lasagna (looked too good to turn away)
1 grilled chicken wrap
2 salads with spinach and broccoli
2 scoops whey protein
1 tea spoon almond butter

MK-2866 is definitely working. Loving this product, good pumps, keeping Franks muscles full and keeping size on even on calorie deficit.

Stiff leg deads 4 x 10
Squats 15, 12, 9, 6
Leg press 40, 30, 20, 10
Leg curls 4 x 15

Tricep extension 12, 12, 10, 8
Cross body hammers 4 x 10
Dips 4 x fail
Single arm curls with 3 sec neg 4 x 8

Frank had a great pump, getting slightly stronger and holding size well. Loving this product, just seems to boost his stats a little bit and give him a great pump which he cant complain about.
 
Frank had a great back workout today.

Close grip reverse pulldown 2 x 10
Low pulley rows 4 x 8
-Bent over DB rows 4 x 12

-DB shrugs 4 x 10
Hypers with bands 3 x 10

Followed by 30 minutes of cardio

2 Giant sets of:
-Side lat raise x 15
-Shrugs x 15
-OHP with DB x 12


Great pump and good lift for just getting back into lifting with BB/DB after finger which is still hurt. On bench worked up to 320 x 5. Felt good, finger is still sore but hes pushin through.


Diet:

Franks been getting alot of compliments on how leaner and bigger he is looking. Alot of compliments and people think he is bulking when he is actually dropping slowly in weight! He might have to stay lean year round

I may have to get a test subject and do some testing of my own.
 
Gone for a few days, big rugby tourney over the weekend, Frank played 5 games. Lots of cardio -.-
Rested Monday, hit the gym today with some back and arms

Pullups 3 x 8
Low underhand grip rows 4 x 12
Stretchers 4 x 10
DB rows superset with hypers 3 x 8 each

hammer curls 10, 10, 4, 4 one arm at a time for each of those reps 10 one arm 10 next, 4 one arm 4 next for 3 sets
Tricep pushdowns triple dropset for 2 sets
Wide grip preacher supers set with close grip preacher curls 3 x 8 each position
Dips 4 x 15
 
Frank weighed 223 this morning after lunch and such.

Looking alot leaner and tighter, also noticed endurance is on the rise.

Workout:
Leg curls 4 working sets of 10, last set a double drop set of 8 with partials till fail
Leg press 4 working sets of 10, last set superset with 20 walking lunges
Leg extension 4 working sets of 10, going heavy and kicking out hard
Squats 4 sets of 8, followed by 1 set of 25
 
Been busy as hell recently, sorry about not updating.

Frank is loving his research, been putting him through some rugby and rigorous training. I can tell his strength is up, pumps are great during workouts, and endurance and recover is up very high. Very noticeable during his rugby matches and between workout sessions. The product is working great!

Example of strength increase: 330 x 8 for bench
 
Frank hit some back and arms today, foot hurts from the game gunna rest it for a few days and heal it up before starting legs again.

Pullups 3 x 8
Incline Bench DB rows 4 x 12
Lat Pulldown x 12 superset with resistance band face pulls x 12 for 3 sets
1 all out set of low pulley rows till fail at 110 pounds squeezing shoulder blades together

Preacher curls 2 wide grip, 2 close x 12
Skullcrushers x 15 superset with close grip bench x 20 for 4 sets
DB curls seated 4 x 10
Overhead extension DB 3 x 12 with last set superset with dips
 
Would Frank argue so far that this experience has been positive enough to want to try to repeat the experiment? Or would you look for other substances for Frank, perhaps ones that have worked better for him in the past?
 
Experience so far in recap (have about 4 days worth left I think):

-30mg per day for Frank.

-Good pumps through the day, making muscles look fuller

-Endurance is up great, which was unexpected on my part (noticed through cardio activity and rugby)

-Strength went up quite a bit, new PR on bench by a bit

-Helped stay around same weight while leaning out, preserving muscle while losing bf%

-Tastes like shit, but Frank just takes it with a sip of juice in the morning to mask it

-Only seen benefits from it honestly, cant complain and will run this on Frank again!
 
Is test animal frank taking a low dose ai?

Any signs of increased estrogen?

Elevated bench with hands on plates for a stretch 2 x failure

Preacher curls - Close grip 1 x failure with partials, same with wide grip.

Drag curls 1 x failure superset with hammer curls till fail
L extensions 2 x 15


One of the best pumps today, crazy hard...Frank went to failure and partials with alot of lifts, even chest went to failure at 10 or 9. Can barely move Franks arms right now
