Wasn’t planning on taking pics this morning and ate a Costco muffin with two scoops of whey 20 minutes prior but had a few extra minutes before I needed to leave for the gym. I’m done with my 8 week mini blast 500 test 300 npp. I added around 10lbs. I didn’t push the food hard because I knew it would only be 8 weeks and I didn’t want to add any body fat. I’ve always felt like I’m a poor responder to gear but it’s cool to have every variable as far as training, diet and recovery so dialed in it’s clear what the added supplements are actually doing.

Old guy here, 53. Fucked right shoulder due to some butcher who had the title of surgeon. IE: My right arm can go upwards to around 45 degrees above parallel to the ground. IE: no lat pulldowns, no over head pressing and my right shoulder blade is "chicken winged".

Anyhow, trying to get rid of the back fat. Just a fat roll check in pic.

Obligatory "No pump, flat, depleted, poor lighting" comment.

I attended this conference and for those that don’t know the complete story his Vicodin kicked in around this moment and the discussion quickly dissolved into an argument over Nike Kobe 4 Protos!

Seriously it looked like an episode of Pipers Pit. The guy on the end challenged the panel to a push up contest and Slesh stripped down and started hitting mandatories. I’m telling you guys these conferences are like gladiator fights. Dana White was there it was chaos. Lol
