My take on egg intake!

Lot of info her! 1s I love the orange Julius. Its a weekly thing but here is my recipe. Its my breakfast that is just several variations of shakes.

8oz OJ
8oz 1% milk
2 tBL spoons vinilla LF yogurt
1-bananna
some organic walnuts
2 tbl spoons ground flax
heeping scoop gaspari vanilla pro-biotic
3-raw eggs

taste great but now I wonder aboutthese eggs?
Ive noticed while taking eggs. My morning shake goes further, Im not hungry as fast rather. Certainly helps protien intake. My hair and nails seem healthier and grow faster. Skin blemishes have decreased. Just listening to my body so I feel they have been a good addition. I use egglands best.

One more comment.

If you think about it we been sucking eggs since the beginning of our kind. One form or another. If you had only Eggs and milk you couth flourish rite? Seems safe. I agree with yall. I'd raher get my eggs naturally than buy what may have been.
You remember the Total Body liquid vitamin? Yeah I was on that stuff. Went through many bottles. It was on Dateline last week. too much selinium. Folks are crippled, loss of hair, all kinds of crazy stuff. Luckily no harm for me. its a wake up call for the cheap BS supplements. We better check and double check what we are buying.

Very interesting. It may be that. I get hot flushes, feel abit sick, tingling all over, itchy in random places and rashes... last time around my eyes so not pleasant.

Thanks for the info guys. JJ I last took tren over a year ago but sure I had raw eggs around that time so it may have been that. The only prescribed medication I take is 10mg citalopram (SSRI).

I will start having 6 raw eggs per day but no more. I will see how I am in a few weeks. I only ended up having 4 last night and 4 for breakfast and I already feel hot so it may be already starting. Lets get these evil toxins out

This diet is changing my body composition incredibly fast. The fat is quickly doing off. I'm sold!!! Raw fertile eggs do alot for the body.

I alternate these two meals:

-7 raw fertile egg yolks with 7 cooked egg whites
-two scoops whey protein with 2 scoops quick oats

i always notice even when adding 12-16 whole free range eggs raw to my diet I lean out even with the excess calories, dont bloat like I do from cooking them either.

Justt an FYI I found...according to the USDA free range means at least 5 minutes outside, and cage free means no cage but can still be crammed in a barn with no room to move. Just something else to realize when reading packaging!!

So basically cage free and free range means absolutely nothing.

YIKES! Maybe I will take my friend up on his offer of buying more chickens and letting them roam around his property. But a dozen or more eggs a day how many chickens do you need and how many roosters to make sure they are fertile?

That's exactly why I prefer to get my eggs directly from a farm where I can see the chickens are actually outside.

If you only have one rooster you can go as low as 5-7 hens to make sure all the eggs are fertile. Otherwise keep it to about one rooster for every 10 hens or the roosters fight over the hens.

If you give the roosters some test, pt141, cialis, and caber, you can go as high as 30:1 hen/rooster ratio!
