So I have been On the fence about making this log. I’m making it because there is not enough logs with pictures and diets while running Dnp. I will post up the pictures at the end.
Protocol
Days 1-4 250mgs of Dnp
Days 4-21 500mgs of Dnp
500mgs of test weekly
50mgs of proviron daily
5-10ius of hgh daily
4-5ius in the morning
4-5ius post workout
4-5ius before bed on Non-training days
25-40mcgs of t3 the entire run
Metformin upon waking and before bed
Supplements daily
2 pills of bronkaid/ 300mgs aspirin
100mgs of glutathione
2-3 grams of vitamin c
3-4 scoops of brain Forza electrolytes
4 pills of vitamin E
10 fish oil pills
2 cla pills
3 pills of zma
Then a ton of health supps(to long to list)
2 gallons of water daily
V8 on hand
Diet
Meal 1
17 egg whites
2 whole eggs
Meal 2
8oz chicken breast
1 tblsp tbsp of almond butter
Meal 3 (Pre workout)
TN beef isolate protein shake
1 cup blueberries
Pre workout 1 scoop woke as fuck, bucked up preworkout
2 scoops of granite pump matrix
2 niacin pills
1 cialis
Intra shake
20 grams eaas
20 grams glutamine
2 scoops brain Forza electrolytes
Mixed in 1.5 liters of water
Meal 4 (post workout)
Protein shake
1 cup blueberries
Meal 5
8oz chicken/tilapia/turkey
1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 6
8oz red meat
120grams avocado
3 cups of asparagus
Calories 2450
Protein 340g
Carbs 70g
Fats 93g

30-40 minutes of fasted cardio 7 days a week.
Training with weights 6 days a week.
Training is John meadow’s creeping death 2.
Will not post the workouts out of respect to John.
I ran keto for a week before starting this protocol. Cardio was 5 days a week at 20 minutes fasted.
Weight training did not change.

After a week of keto 262lbs
Started the dnp protocol at 260lbs

Feel amazing tons of energy felt great all day. Noticed I get pretty hot about an hour after the dnp. Very strong in the gym and tons of energy to spare.
