Obviously I’ll lower the test going into it and probably up the primo as I get closer
I’ve never ran primo with tren befor this is why I ask I’ve done it with mast and low dose by itself a few times in the offseason
By its self doesn’t really fuck with me
Every other time I throw it in with mast during a prep I’ll be up for 4 days straight like Ligit rn I’ve been up for 36 hrs straight took trazadone melatonin 30mg ashwagonda and magnesium all together and still can’t sleep oh and 3 hits from my dab pen
I cannot imagine how the benefits can out weigh the negatives when you can't sleep, even with meds. I don’t have any helpful suggestions other than I wouldn’t use anything that interferes with sleep. There’s other tools in your toolbox that will likely be a net positive over Tren when you factor in getting to sleep.
if you have trouble sleeping on trenbolone, add ketotifen or another histamine blocker
I would add vinstrol 5-6 weeks before the competition because you will not get its full potential in 3 weeks, the first 4 weeks and 50mg the last 2 weeks before the competition 100mg
Are these really effective? Histamine blocker/ketotifen. I mean they'll definitely make you unconscious, but are they really able to maintain sleep quality? Benadryl definitely won't, but I am not sure about ketotifen.
