Tren and Muscle gain

low dose

Well tren is a crazy thing. Im running 600mg/test e a week and have been running a REALLY low dose of 125mg a week of tren A. About 4 weeks in my strength shot through the roof! Im way more vascular and seeing more and more shreds in the muscle. Ive also gained about 2 pounds and leaned out. Im loving it and will do it again. Guess it all goes back to people are all different and react different to substances. Oh, and libido is insane!!!
 
I've been bulking on tren for about 7 weeks and made significant size gains. Now I'm cutting and the fat is melting off. Great stuff!

my libido is also insane, no tren dick or prolactin issues at all. im actually hornier than when i was 13 and first discovered youporn... not taking caber, just controlling prolactin via estrogen with adex
 
IMO tren was the best steroid for gains that I ever took, really powerfull but also dangerous. The gains are simply amazing, but I would stay away from really high doses, and for me that would be anything more than about 75 mg/day tren ace. Good gains from it can be had with doses as low as just 250 mg/wk. I believe that tren is especially hard on blood pressure and the heart. Be careful.

Always the voice of reason maldorf. Just to add, nothing eats away at your HDL faster than tren. Its truly a case of making an informed decision, doing the best you can to control the damages thru supps and the like but ultimately living with the effects both good and bad

I know this is brought up elsewhere, but anything in particular you recommend for the HDL lowering effects of tren specifically?

Maldorf don't lipids correct themselves when u come off?

Yeah, they do but it takes at least 1 month or more it seems. I also found that my HDL is low naturally to begin with. Right now its sitting at about 42 or so and thats with taking 1000 mg/day of prescription Niaspan and taking lipitor. Some claim that the statins can slightly increase HDL, Crestor was proven clinically to do it some but I dont think I saw much on it. When I was on a cycle with tren my HDL got as low as 9.

Nicacin, not the non flush variety, helps raise HDL. I take a script called NIASPAN that is a bit more effective but its expensive. Fish oils and other fats like that are supposed to help but didnt do much for me.
 
tren's good and all, but after your cycles. how much do you keep? ive found even with my trt, i still lose alot of what ive gained after a month.
 
Every time I use tren, my weight barely changes by my physique takes on a different look..... so I know I am gaining some LBM, because there is a recomp effect going on. I still don't think it adds a lot of pure muscle compared to some other AAS, but it gives a look that no other drug can produce.
For some reason NPP/deca is the strongest muscle builder for me. More so than d-bol, test, or anything else.
I typically use NPP when trying to gain size and tren when trying to look my best.

Ever try npp with tren I think you'd really like that then. Best of both world. I was impressed myself
 
For me, I've always had significant gains off of tren, though what those gains are has a lot to do with what I am going for. Strength always goes thru the roof, hardness always increases. If my calories are lower, I'll still put on some lean mass and shred up easily, but to really see a more significant increase in size, I've got to up my caloric intake. Tren is the only compound that gives me noticeable sides, ie. nightsweats-though generally when I come off it, small whiteheads on my rear delts and triceps-though again, generally as I'm near the end of the cycle and coming off. One noticeable side while on for me is shortness of breath. I can weather thru cardio if I'm cutting up, but what really gets me is whenever I'm laying down and suddenly have to gasp for air, almost as though I've simply forgotten to breathe. I've only had the cough a few times and always with tren a, never with e, but it sucked nevertheless. All that said, anytime I introduce tren into a cycle, 2 weeks later my wife and close friends ask me if I'm taking something different. It changes my physique drastically. But having gone thru some ups and downs and learning experiences with it, the most important thing I've learned is that I have to respect it. For me, it's a lot more powerful than I initially gave it credit for. Since most other compounds were completely devoid of sides for me, I simply assumed my body was designed to use and metabolize them efficiently. With tren I had to step back and reevaluate what an ignorant thought that was. These days I stick with lower doses if I use it, have and will always use an anti-prolactin ancilliary with it, and give it it's due respect.

now i do agree with the low test and a little higher tren
200mg test cyp a week
50mg tren eod

50-80mg var for 4-6 weeks
maybe 25-50 of t3

and im sure whether you are at 10% bf or 20%
you will see some major changes

now training/diet must be in check
 
after talking to a couple gym bros ive come to conclusion that if your an ecto you will really need a shit load of cals to gain weight on tren. if your endo its not nearly as hard

Yes, I had to run lower doses of both though, even with prami.
It was a nice combo, but I prefer to run a higher dose of tren and then switch to a higher dose of NPP.
