I'm just an average joe, with limited AAS use/experience. I'll say this though, reading through these threads the past 6 months or so has REALLY changed my mind about "upping the dose". Been OFF for almost a year now. To be honest I look just as good, ok maybe little less muscle/more fat, whatever. I'm healthier now, and do more cardio. To sum it up... I'm proud I woke up after 3 years of using, rather than 30
If you do reasonable doses, you will be fine. At my age 200 mgs/week is safe, and most knowledgeable physicians know this.
At 48 my body stopped making test (natural for 5 years) and my GH is also low. 1-2 ius of GH and test replacement make me healthier than being "natural". Low test and GH is unhealthy.
Of course I run 350-400 test/week and no TRT docs go that high AFAIK. I could not recover from my training regimen otherwise.
Like I said, competitive b being is about winning. What makes it simultaneously wonderful and dangerous is the risks guys take for willing.
I respect them for challenging death. MMA is less dangerous.
What is REALLY BAD is the kids running gear, high amounts and they do not even train hard, and if they train hard have not trained long enough.
The rule was always 12 weeks on=12 weeks off, with a proper pct.
