starting weight 192@ 6ft

received my test product late last week. was expecting 2 bottles, celtic sent 3, plus a swag shot sample. Have started test run today. will be running 30mg, and will be adjusting dose from there.


Took 2 caps(10mg) 7 am this morning
Took 2 caps (10mg) 2 pm before workout

Had a nice workout, no noticeable effects as of yet.

will take 2 more caps before bed

Diet will be about 3200-3600 cals per day

As of saturday weight is 187.6. Not sure that i am supposed to be dropping weight. Do i need to up calories? strength is about the same. Have been feeling a little more sluggish mid day, and waking up with a stuffy nose daily(not sure if related to m1t). going to increase water intake as urine has been darker than usual.

Strength was up in the gym yesterday, pumps were at a whole different level than the previous bi/back workout.
Tiredness is still there often have to take a nap during the afternoon, which lately has turned into more than a nap.
Looking leaner in the mirror, so no as concerened about the weight drop as i was last week.
Is m1t supposed to have a recomp effect? I thought it was more of a wetter/bulking compound?

how is your diet? whats your cycle layout?

Diet varies, but cals average around 3500 cals
Cycle is 30mg, 10mg 3x daily

Spent last 4 days out of the gym, with the flu. Finally getting better, and will lift this afternoon. Have still been doing my 30mg daily.
Weight has dropped to 184.2, from lack of cals while sick.

ended 12/5 @ weight of 196. bumped to 8 caps a day or 40mg for last 5 days. gained more weight those 5 days than i did the entire cycle 8.2 pds. Never used the original m1t, but based on doses seen used from original m1t, say there is a fair amount of conversion loss.
all in all it is an effective product, but looks like it is now been effected by the ban. lethargic symptoms seemed to subside after about 2 weeks, other than that in the beginning felt good on the compound. gained about 30 pounds on bench, and added an easy 50 on squat.
