Just wanted you all to know I have been a long time member. I just created a new login for the transformation contest for privacy reasons. Big A is aware. No excuse on my current condition, I figured nobody really cares. I know you guys and gals just want to see results and how it's achieved.

Thighs 23" I do have to bum feet but no excuses.:naughty:

Fat percent... who cares it's coming off. :headbang:
I started a 3000 calorie diet. Will drop as I get more dialed in.
300 grams of protein
Adjusting carbs depending on how I feel.
1 hour of cardio a day, to get my heart in condition, initially for first 3 weeks.
M/Thurs Legs and Arms split day, abs
Tues Shoulders and calves
Wed Back
Friday Chest
Saturday Calves, abs
Sunday Back
1000 push ups over the course of the week. Seems to keep everything tight and bench press starts increasing like crazy.
Taking

BCAA
Intek protein powder for the moment. Changing to Synthetek with other goodies in near future.
Will be running 5 iu of hgh ed when we get some results back or unless someone can stand behind a sponsors product. I bought some black tops 2 years ago and seem to be bogus.
Depending on BP will start 250 of test next week and increase to 500 depending on BP. More to come.
Considering site oil in calves and arms. Will be looking for some feed back.
That should do it for now. First work out tonight in 5 months. This will be fun. Looking forward to sharing my experience in this journey.
