whats up everyone, wanted to thank pro muscle for this contest to help me get my ass back in shape. Didnt relize how fat i was when i shaved lol
i am 38
5ft 9 tall
248lbs as of strarting contest
Will post up pics later tongiht once i get them taken and tomorrow go more into depth of my protocol to get in awsome shape.Just wanted to get the ball rolling now so i dont forget to get all the stuff done.
basically i folllow a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2off plan and hit each muscle group once a week, i dont feel u need to hit it more than once a week when on a restricted diet.
monday is arms
tuesday is chest
wed off
thurs back and delts
firday legs
sat and sunday is rest days except for cardio
cardio is done every morning for 30min on treadmill
and every training session i do 30 min before i train and then 10 min of hit after training just to get that extra lil help
diet is a med to high protein and mod to low cabs and low fat diet
i try to get in 6 meals a day eating every 2.5 3 hrs as permittied due to work and personal stuff happening in life as we all know happens.
