I have been out of proper training for the last 4 months after suffering a complete left pec tear of both tendon from bone and complete muscle belly tear. I had surgery about 5 weeks after the injury, and then was allowed to start training legs only, but very lightly a couple weeks after the surgery. Upper body super light rehab type work started about 8 weeks post op, and I still obviously cannot train chest/shoulders/and a lot of back movements properly.
I lost about 25lbs between the surgery and now, and my goal is to grow a bit as well as lean out!
So Im currently sitting at about 235 on an empty stomach. Training is currently a DC hybrid (sorry dante). Diet is around 4500 calories a day. protein mid 200's to low 300s, and the rest coming from carbs and fats.
24 years old.
