so after finishing my accounting degree with a manajment major this year and going back to uni to get a HR degree next year ive decided now be the best time to prep for my bodybuilding contest
im on holidays as of now, and have the summer off (i live in australia so its summer now) so i thought this be the best time to put on the size i need before i start dieting for my show
stats
age: 21
height 5'10
bodyweight: 235 this morning
bf% u can decide
the plan:
im finishing off a blast now, it was
500mg test eth 10 weeks
400mg tren eth 10 weeks
i will be taking off 4 weeks completely before starting my next blast bulker
next blast:
750mg test cyp 10 weeks
600mg tren eth 10 weeks
synthol protocol in my biceps and triceps for the first 4 weeks of that blast
after this blast i will post pics and ask for critique on whether i should bulk one more time before my show, or start dieting, you guys on PM im sure will tell me what i need to improve on
i will be competeing as a novice, and junior, although id like to be in the heavyweight class prefferably
