My new training program starts today. Doing a program called 5th Set.
Diet has changed, so has drug use. Not everything is here, but I got everything written down and ready to go when it does.
I'll be experimenting a little bit. I'm switching to IIFYM A.K.A Flexible Dieting with Carb-cycling. Mostly anyways.

Deca or EQ: 500mg
Tren: 200mg
Mast: 100-200mg
HGH: 3-5IU's daily or M-F.
TB-500: 4mg for two weeks, 2mg for another 2 weeks.
PAL-GHK: 333mcg three times a day for a month.
No orals, I don't really like them. I try to do this as healthy as possible.
I was 222lbs, holding all kinds of water weight. Feeling fat as fuck, but I still have some visible vertical ab lines. I'll get a new pic up when I get this water off. I've been eating Japanese food for a week straight. And everything else.
Got very demotivated to train after my elbows were bothering me so much I couldn't bench, squat or hardly even do back so I just fuck it and stuffed my face and took off for a week.
