Probably my favorite podcast to date. He still sticks to the same ideals as other pros, use as little as possible in the offseason so that when it comes time for a show, you grow into the show and use just a little more. He stated that he has never done 1500mg of test...ever. Course I think he's lying. (sarcasm)

this is exactly what i do, minus the insulin.
so it's only a matter of time until i get huge and have ridiculously big, impressive legs and shoulders and back and arms and stuff!
