Question about estrogen

Pleas dont beat me up over this question . I did my first cycle at 50 old and am now close to 60.. ive done different cycles of test decca eq and tren..usually ard 700 mg s wk total.. i ve never experienced any esto sides that i Know of . Other than bloodwork what signs should i be looking for other than itchy nips ? Just wondering. Thanks pro

Nips are a good indicator but like most things in life not everyone experiences the same sides first. Loss of libido and weak erections. More moody than usual (think pms) bloated. Emotional about things that normally don't bother you.

Blood Test for low Estrogen

Before taking an estrogen blocker such as Arimidex have your estrogen levels checked. Too low of an estrogen level will cause problems with bone density.

I scored 4/5. I don't have high estrogen though

For me the first thing that happens is I begin to retain water. The itchy nips comes later. I do tend to let my e2 go a little high before doing anything about it. I have used Nolvadex and Arimedex before. I'm going to try Letrozole next time.

Exemestane is my go to for this. Arimidex didn't work as well for me. Hope this helps

Extremstane has been my got to as well a lot easier to dial in! When my adex failed and estrogen got way to high some letro took care of it fast and made an easy transition to extremstane

And try to always buy pharma grade!
