Loving the grey tops from TP - but about a month in my hands keep falling asleep at night and it’s really messing with my rest. Im dropping it for a week reluctantly as I was getting great results on just a mere 3.3iu a day. Fairly sure this side will come back when I resume.

Do any of you guys have experience using arthritis compression gloves to combat this so you can get a good nights sleep on hgh? Any brand recommendations? Found this online -

Thoughts? Or other solutions? Literally waking up every 45 min to hand numbness and having to stand up and let the blood flow, then change positions in bed. It’s exhausting lol. Jealous of you guys who can run 5-10iu of good hgh like it’s nothing.

Do you sleep with your arms above your head or under your head (under pillow under head)?

I can't sleep like that anymore for the same reason. Have to keep my arms to my sides or else they fall asleep. My guess is it's a shoulder impingement issue.

Under my pillow under head. Hard habit to break after 30 years lol.

Yep. I'm 51 and about 5-6 years ago I had to train myself to sleep with my arms to my side. I still wake up with them under my head sometimes, but I can sleep with them to my sides now whereas it felt weird when I first started.

I have that issue even at 2 iu.

I know I'm the minority but I don't like the stuff.

I sleep in McDavid Carpal tunnel wrist braces
They work great for me, stops me bending the wrist
and keeps the wrist warm.

I have got trigger finger in both my middle fingers from only 3 iu of hgh. It’s really bad I’m going to get injections in my hands next week hopefully it will go away. But i fortunately acromegaly can happen at even low doses of hgh and it might be the cause. I’m seeing a specialist for my hands and he said he’s seen a few bodybuilders fairly young with the same condition more than likely caused my exogenous hgh use.

I had cts hand numbing when i used to run 5iu when i was younger and chasing gains more than I am now. It went away when I stopped. Your trigger finger never got better after stopping gh?

I haven’t stopped using it. Iv never got numb hands but my fingers have always got stiff when I used it since the very beginning at any dose.

Mine are about 10yrs old but look pretty much the same, they have a splint that runs into the palm
of the hand, I get CT at times even if I don't run HGH, and these help me no end, I bought them to avoid surgery and so far so good. I often use them when during the day when its bad, I find the position I move my hands/wrist into aggravates it.

Thanks so much for the feedback buying them now.

I've had to use the hand splints for years. I did get my right hand and ulnar nerve released and pain wise it's been great. I'm about 8 weeks post and the hand isn't back at full strength but it's really nice not to wear the splints after years of wearing them. I will get the other hand and elbow done in the next year as well.

Did the issue start with hgh, or pre existing?

It started with GH use. I've been on GH for about 13ish years. Usually 2-6iu? Been up to 10 for a few short periods but have always had to pull the plug because of the CTS. The CTS started about 2-3 years in. The first year I only used 2iu/day.

Did the CTs go away when you pulled the hgh? Which case - the point of the nerve release would be to allow you to not have this issue when running hgh?

It's never gone away over the years. It was so bad 2 years ago I pulled the GH for 4 months and it made no dent.

Surgery is the only option especially with the ulnar nerve. If you let the ulnar nerve do too long you will start to lose grip strength. The surgeon told me you can let the carpel tunnel go and it won't cause neuropathy or anything. For CTS it's just what you can handle/quality of life/sleep type of thing.

If you haven't, I wold recommend getting an EMG. It would be required by the surgeon prior to the surgery anyway. It will detect an ulnar nerve issue if you have one. On both my ulnar nerves I had no clue they were entrapt.

I just thought hands going numb at night was more or less normal? I've found no way to keep mine from doing it a couple times a night, it's whatever hand is on the bottom (I sleep on my sides), so I roll over the other way usually when it wakes me up. I'd love to not have it but not a clue what to do about it. My blood is prolly pretty thick, but it always has been.

Sounds like you had way worse symptoms than just hands falling asleep at night. Hopefully mine don’t get worse than that if I continue hgh - def want to avoid surgery if possible.

Sounds positional, if it only occurs when compressed at the bottom. Mine was when my arms were above my head or head rested on arm/shoulder compressing the shoulder joint. Learning to sleep on my back and arms to my side took some getting used to.
