Yep, I am all natural Fez, I mean noob. So what is your routine like noob? From what I see in your pics I am gonna guess it is something like this. Mon. bis, tue. chest, wed. bis, thurs. chest, fri. chest/bis, sat./sun. off with pushups and sit-ups.
What I am trying to say is, you don't train or eat right, if you did then with your cycle history you would look different.
