thanks bro, i tore them in july 2015… took about a year to recover .. but ive never stopped training them.. after that year recovery.. just haven’t cycled or followed a meal plan.. ive always trained
 
U dont look bad at alll dude, like offseason level for most national guys bf wise. I know you wish that was 297 rather than 277 with that look, but muscle memory is realll and i think you're gonna recomp and transform pretty damn quickly.

thank you my man! what's funny is, my body fat now is actually wayy leaner than I used to get back in the day...albeit I have way less muscle. this pic is 2014 offseason, body weight 306 lbs...and of course I had to attached the after pic.....16 weeks out 306 to 2 weeks out 250

That 306 pic isnt terrrrible either. Still have the outline of your abs. But i get it. The older we get, the BETTER the weight looks and we in turn stay a little leaner. I remember the 1st couple times being at 300+...SOFT as hell lol and over time that shit looks better and better.

CHEST/ABS



Just got done with my workout. My general training philosophy is 1 body part per day…5 exercises..3-4 sets per exercise, reps vary from 20 to 6…. Gradually increases weight each set. Just basic shit…



Incline hammer strength - 5 sets x 20/15/12/12/12

Smith flat bench - 4 sets x 15/12/10/8

Pec deck flys - 4 sets x 15/15/12/12 last set did a drop set

Incline db - 3 sets x 12/12/12

Cable flys - 4 sets x 15/15/15/15

30 min cardio post … treadmill.. 2.5mph no incline



GH I’m doing 5iu pre workout.. in the muscle i’m training.. example today was 2.5iu left pec 2.5iu right pec about 60 min prior to workout
