JUICEDDUNK 20 WEEK COMEBACK

Hit delts last night... so my philosophy with shoulders is I hit all 3 heads...side,rear,front.. and then do presses towards the end. No, you won't be as strong, but you will "feel" the muscle working better because the shoulders will be engorged with blood. You guys probably already do this or at least are aware of it but a lot of newbies will go straight into presses, and end up injured , and / or not be working their front delts any because the muscle is cold and not warmed up.

Everything going normal, pre workout did 10iu GH, still using KEFEIS...been experimenting with timing of gh, and I'm definitely in the camp of "it doesn't really matter" when you do it, as long as you weekly total is where you want it...But I do think there is something to be said for having your gh levels the highest during training/post training when you can shuttle in all those aminos and your muscles are a sponge. Bro science I know.

Here's the workout

🚀Cable Lateral Raise

*5 sets x 20 reps

🚀Standing Rear Cable Fly

*4 sets x 20 reps

🚀Barbell Front Raise Superset Dumbbell Lateral Raise *4 sets x 20 reps each

🚀Smith Machine Press

*4 sets x 12

🚀Shrug Variation

*4 sets x 12

Crushed arms the other day.. did all supersets.. one set of bicep then one set of tricep then repeat.. here’s the workout..

*4 sets x 15-20 on every exercise

🚀Single arm cable curls (biceps)

🚀Skullcrushers (triceps)

🚀Dumbbell preacher curl (biceps)

🚀Rope pushdowns (triceps)

🚀Cable curls w/ lat pulldowns (biceps)

🚀Overhead db extension (triceps)

Hit legs this evening....for legs, I'm lucky I'm able to still train them pretty hard, but I do go higher reps. I'm not moving mountains anymore but I still push myself. Food was a little less today actually as I was being with work. Gear is test, mast ena, gh...love love masteron.

Gonna keep this going for a while..

🚀Leg Extensions superset Seated Leg Curls

5 Sets x 20-25 Reps

🚀Leg Press (feet neutral)

4 Sets x 20 Reps

🚀Pendulum Squat superset Lying Leg Curls

4 Sets x 20 Reps

🚀Smith Machine Squats

3 Sets x 20 Reps

🚀Seated Calf Raise

3 Sets x 10 Reps

What weights are you using for the Smith squats? I'm just wondering where youre at currently.

Do u think lower weight and strict form with high reps can still build big legs?

Its awesome that you can still train legs like that after such a terrible accident and injury.

HONESTLY? 1 plate.. for this workout. I can go heavier obviously but am training legs again on Friday and didn’t want to overdue it. I could do 2 and a quarter for 6-8 comfortably.


Yes absolutely, ideally you want to go heavy for high reps but it’s all about reps with legs.

Thanks bro, ya I’m no where near what I was but I can’t complain… there’s people without legs at all… I’d be a complete jackass to complain one bit about anything in my life. I’m just happy to be here!

So about 2.5 weeks in...weight is 276...I'm in this for the long haul so not trying to rush it, but starting fasted cardio 30 minutes, and postworkout 20 min...changed GH to morning before fasted cardio, and again pre workout.

I was training in the middle of the night...2/3 am for a little bit there and it really wasn't working for me. So back on a normal schedule and hope that helps me get in more of a routine.

Knocked out chest today...didn't get much sleep last night, so did more of a pumping workout ..supersets, etc.

*Incline hammer strength superset pec deck flys - 5 sets x 15-20 for each
*Smith flat bench (MY FAVORITE CHEST EXERCISE) - 4 sets x 8-10 reps (finished at 3 plates, nothing crazy, just to give you an idea)
*Incline leverage machine plate loaded superset flat db flys - 4 sets x 12 reps each
*Seated Pin loaded chest press superset cable flys (no handles, bpak style) - 4 sets x 15-20 each

are you a good sleeper? 2/3AM training sounds insane (ive done it so i can say its crazy LOL)

I know your 9 to 5 is coaching but how are you able to break up your days/nights like that?
