Thanks guys!! You are both an inspiration.
Please feel free to provide any input. I'm still learning my body and figuring things out. I'm hoping by next year I will be ready to commit myself to competing in my first show.

Yesterday's workout

Lat pulldowns 4 sets
HS front pulldowns 4 sets
Hammer curls 5 sets
EZ-bar curls 3 sets
Cable curls 3 sets
Dumbbell curls 2 sets

Stairmaster 15 mins

Have a injured left wrist I am working around so had to cut back a little short and focused on biceps. It's a pain right under the thumb, hurts when there is pressure on it. Or when the wrist is rotated. It was minor but has gotten worse, feels like tendonitis pain. I'll probably be getting some BPC-157 for it.

I weighed in at 186.2lbs. I was shocked, I have been doing cardio constantly but did not realize I dropped this much weight. My last wiegh in couple weeks ago I was up to 197lbs. Now I am paranoid I am losing muscle lol
 
As far as Cardio post workout I think its a terrible Idea.
You just get done blasting your target muscles and there fully engorged with blood and nutrients. Then slowly but surly the blood ends up powering your leg muscles.
For this reason I don't even shower derictly after a workout as it even out blood flow to all extremities.
Keep the blood in the target muscles as long as possible !

If its lite cardio...You don't want to use up your stored glycogen ether.
Off days, hrs later or with leg day is my preference.

Thanks for the advice. I'll play around with it, so far it's working the way it is but you are right I lose the pump that usually sticks around for a good 30mins almost right away when I do postworkout cardio. I actually barely ever do cardio but I was trying to start working on dropping all this fat.

I've tried cardio before weight training in the past and it worked well at getting the blood really flowing and actually helped my weight training intensity. I only do 15-20mins stair master or elliptical.

Lol. Funny you say that. I started igf1-lr3 recently at 50mcgs prebed. And the recomp has been very good. I wake up leaner and fuller even after I indulge in carbs some nights. Any reason you are only doing off days?

What happened with cardio on igf1, did it rob you of all your carbs and leave you with very little energy? Lol. That would be a dangerous time to go hypo!

I think you can get the same results with less gear... Just keep healthy.
 
Lr3 while active scavenges blood suger constantly so it would make cardio harder, yet again you would probably use more fat stores as energy.

While Igf is active MGF is cancelled out. So taking Lr3 post workout prior to a day off or off day will not effect mgf expression.
 
Haven't been to the gym in 6 days. Been eating shitty but staying in calorie range at least.

This is no pump, just got out the shower after eating some non-diet compliant middle eastern food and decided to flex in the mirror. Told my wife to snap a few pics real fast before we went out to take care of some things late last night.

Big change from the last set of pics. Good job! U look much better at the lower weight, I don't think you've lost any muscle at all
