I was spending $50 on Moe's a week until I moved and now split bills with gf so it's not too bad. Try to drink as many protein rtd's I get marked down at GNC as possible so all I have to pay for is dinner

£80 per week including whey isolate.

Prob about 35o weekly. That's me wife and kids but they eat like birds lol

Same here. I would say about $300 a week, but that's for me the wife and my daughter's, five and seven. Most of it probably goes towards feeding me as they don't eat very much. That also includes buying enough to bring leftovers for lunch. Much healthier and save money vs. Buying lunch out everyday.

I spend about 150 for me and 3 kids but I also have a freezer stocked with grass fed beef and farm chickens. I buy in bulk from a farmer I know.. 3 dollars a pound beef and 1 per pound chicken

I bought tons of stuff at costco the other day, spent 238 for ~ 2 week period. Like 30-40 bucks of it was for non-food related items. This covers the wife and I for almost 2 weeks. On food, as long as we don't eat out I can spend around 400 a month. If we eat out once a week or something it nears 5-550 a month

I'd KILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL for that deal.

Easy to drop 100 a week on food, and them RTD proteins, extra skim milk---easy $200 a week!

19oz 93% lean ground turkey 2.99
eggs are like 1.50 doz jumbo
pints of egg whites are 1.99
85% lean ground beef is 2.99/lb
4 serving greek yogurt 3.29 ea
yams are 39 cents each
organic bananas are 69 cents a lb
cucmbers are 3 for a buck
the expensive stuff is the stuff I don't really need but it is nice to have a SF candy bar once and a while and diet drinks now and then.

Coffee is 6 a lb organic

we spend about 100 a week for 2 of us

Less than 100. I only eat once or twice per day.

about $15/day plus about $100/wk in sushi and about $30/wk in misc groceries.. so about $225, roughly.

under $300 a week for a very good quality food supplies

For just myself eating 4k calories a day of all clean foods about $15/day, which is not bad AT ALL if you ask me.

$250 per week shopping mainly at trader joes.
That's for my wife and my 2 year old daughter included.

Thanks guys for sharing... I guess is all about shopping smart and knowing your needs... I just found a wholesale place that sells chicken and eggs to restaurants... I just cut my chicken bill by $2.24 per pound :headbang:

That wasn't HIS diet.

Wrong again.

"For the challenge, I loosely based my grocery list on the off-season diet I was using prior to turning pro. And with $50, I was easily able to buy the whole food that I would typically consume for a week."
