I usually take 3gm in the AM and 3gm in the PM, so 6gm total per day

All I know is I definitely need to increase my intake of fish oil. It's key to keeping HDL up. The only problem is I hate fish and fish breath. There is only one thing I love to eat that taste fishy. :D
 
The liquid that I mentioned doesn't not taste fishy at all. The other thing you mentioned is gross when its fishy.

Easy bro. TrueNutrition has 1000 of them for like $25 bucks. Ive consumed about 10k of them in the last few yrs.
Usually at or around 10 a day.
No fish burps/breath/etc.

Im sure Dante gets the best stuff out there.

Crazy, I looked it up and it literally is 1000 count of 1000 mg soft gels.

I thought you were using at as a figure if Speech to just mean a large amount. Lol,
 
Some one find out the quality of TNs fish oil? Any mercury in it?
 
0 here.. Eat sushi 2-4 times a week. Get all my other fats from coconut oil, evoo, nuts and avocado

Sushi is almost always farm raised...which skews the omega3 content a bit as opposed to a wild fish natural habitat and diet.
I think it would benefit you to add 2-6g fish oil as it would benefit EVERYONE, so long as they do not have clotting issues. Your other fat choices seem top notch. Dont forget free range egg yolks and red meat(grass fed even better)

You must be eating garbage sushi buddy haha. Places out here Cali will show ya where they get there sushi everything. There are several studies coming out saying the process of capsulizing fish oil depreciates the bioavailability of the fish oils. Just google it. IMO it's much better to get your omegas from foods rather than supplements. On top of that supplementing fish oils have done ABSOLUTLY ZERO for my lipids on my bloods. Waste of money for years
 
I used to take lots of fish oil. Now i just eat fish daily... keep it simple is my mentality.

I think high quality fish oil is great (nordic naturals, nutrasea, pharma grade) but anything less is probably worse for you than not taking fish oil due to oxidized O3. I I try to get nutrients and micronutrients from natural sources. I.e. as much as I love EVOO, I still don't like the idea of eating vegetable oils over animal fats/fish fats/plant fats (avocado, nuts, etc)

I trust carlson also.

As much effort as a company puts into purity and stability, the transportation/logistics companies don't give a crap and the stuff could very well sit in hot trucks.

Most of us get our O6 from poultry/eggs/meat and we wouldn't consider taking an O6 supplement. Why then not apply the same logic to O3 (eating fish)?
