I usually take 3gm in the AM and 3gm in the PM, so 6gm total per day
All I know is I definitely need to increase my intake of fish oil. It's key to keeping HDL up. The only problem is I hate fish and fish breath. There is only one thing I love to eat that taste fishy.

Crazy, I looked it up and it literally is 1000 count of 1000 mg soft gels.
0 here.. Eat sushi 2-4 times a week. Get all my other fats from coconut oil, evoo, nuts and avocado
Sushi is almost always farm raised...which skews the omega3 content a bit as opposed to a wild fish natural habitat and diet.
I think it would benefit you to add 2-6g fish oil as it would benefit EVERYONE, so long as they do not have clotting issues. Your other fat choices seem top notch. Dont forget free range egg yolks and red meat(grass fed even better)
