Synthetine upped to 400 mg a day with postworkout simple sugars. Will try to grow as long as possible and to do that i need to be relatively lean. This is not journey: how fast i can fat. Having great insulin sensitivity will be the key. I am also planning adding soon some gda. I use cinnamon in all my oats already. I will also add green tea extract - Dante advice.

Nutrient partitioning- better utilise carbs. Lower blood sugar level quicker , being more anabolic for longer as too much of calories decrease insulin sensitivity. That is the reason why I also do not add a lot of fat to diet. Choose one fuel only. Or high carb or high fat not both.
 
Weight today 102.2 Legs day. Also day off from work so I will chill out. Gonna make some interesting meals today. Maybe some tortilla wraps.

Had a 2 hours sleep and couldnt more. Decided i am gonna go to the gym. Great shoulder workout. Hammer press , reverse butterfly , military press , lateral raises with cables as for me it is superior to dumbells. All exercises done in piston style, constant tension. Meat selection for today , lean beef and chicken thighs.

4 exercises in supersets 12 reps each piston style short breaks.
T shirts getting tighter 😁 pumps in gym increased even on empty stomach.

Off day . also day of lower calories and lower carbs. Once a week day with mostly protein shakes some meat eggs and fruits will be a must. First to make sure that insulin sensitivity is on point but also for giving digestive system break. It is a long process so being greedy will not be best idea. One step back to make two step forwards , some light cardio in afternoon.
 
Today weight after yesterday carbs around 150 -102.7
Woke up full of energy so I knew that day off was a good idea. Today session back- piston style reps starting at 20 and finishing set 8-10. I see how much i grew in 3 weeks. This without doubt is my best grow cycle. Feels like newbie gains - every day bigger but waist has not almost change. Some water - no surprise after eating so many carbs and taking 600 mg test. My body responded for this dose of test very different this time. Also i think eating beef multiple times a day is part of those results. Once a day i allow myself for refined carbs like tortilla but rest of carbs sources are only sweet potatoes oatmeal and fruits plus good quality carb source postworkout. Currently using critical mass. So far so good. Also no matter how much protein i eat i will never gain without carbs really high 500 is bare minimum for me.

From today I will add dbol. I have some leftovers of legendary blue hearts 10 mg. I divided them into 5mg and will start 3x day to build up later to 3x10 mg. I was not taken dbol for about 5 years so looking forward for bread and butter of bodybuilding - test nandrolone dbol.

Weight kinda stall despite eating large amount of calories. Will wait few days and see. Truth is working in retail does not help. Without even trying just in a shop during my shift I am making around 12000 steps. Adding others activities on top of this it is very difficult to gain. I am already at the point that i am so full after my break from food at work 😁. Next week i am starting 3 weeks holidays so it will be much easier get this weight up.

Arm day. Dbol probably kick in. Strenght went up fullness and pump as well. Good old blue hearts ♥️ Today quality pizza on sourdough , salmon with home made chips and homebake muffins. Sundays are real family dinners . On a negative side- started to feel my knees recently , sudden weight increase has always a price. Well no pain no gain , sadly literally 😁
