Ok..I took yesterday off,but definately ready to keep things rolling this week..
I started on Saturday,but I feel today I could start feeling things come back to life.I was only out of the gym for 10 days though.lol!nonetheless I took 200/200 again today.I will mention the smoothness again and next day no soreness ..
I weighed 263 this am..
Nutrition will remain the same and loose until I pay my coach..I may play with it some,but the focus now is eating enough..But I really don't plan to blow up and get chubby.In fact I got some fat to get rid of now.
Sample leg day:
Standing calf raise:
185 for 24.rp
seated leg curls:
120 for 12.ss
plate loaded single leg leg curl:
55 for 20.ss
Smith squat:
315 for 12.ss
leg press:
6 pps for 22.ss
adductor :
140 for 15.ss
Didn't include my warm ups here..no xtreme stretching today.
just glad to be training legs..crazy to think my surgery wasn't that long ago!
What is your impression of our products for now?
