Jplahm log (Aurum RX) TEST CYPIONATE - NPP 200

Ok..I took yesterday off,but definately ready to keep things rolling this week..
I started on Saturday,but I feel today I could start feeling things come back to life.I was only out of the gym for 10 days though.lol!nonetheless I took 200/200 again today.I will mention the smoothness again and next day no soreness ..

I weighed 263 this am..

Nutrition will remain the same and loose until I pay my coach..I may play with it some,but the focus now is eating enough..But I really don't plan to blow up and get chubby.In fact I got some fat to get rid of now.

Sample leg day:
Standing calf raise:
185 for 24.rp
seated leg curls:
120 for 12.ss
plate loaded single leg leg curl:
55 for 20.ss
Smith squat:
315 for 12.ss
leg press:
6 pps for 22.ss
adductor :
140 for 15.ss

Didn't include my warm ups here..no xtreme stretching today.
just glad to be training legs..crazy to think my surgery wasn't that long ago!

What is your impression of our products for now?
 
Oh...love them so far..like I was saying very smooth and no pip. I feel like I could definately tell npp was there..I have some good stack ideas coming up!

My gains came fast with the test cyp/npp combo .i had a feeling you were going to feel the same way .good log !!! Damn ,263 pounds . I didn't know you were a mass monster lol

Brother...mass monster isn't what comes to mind?!lol!I will be 42 in July,so keeping the bodyfat down is a much more disireable look.

Thank you....I keep this log for myself as well as others.If I can I will keep it rolling for a while..Everything will be changed up for sure..I have a Dr appt tommorow, so I may just train today and take tommorow off..Glad to be back in the gym.
 
My test cyp dvds says its 250 mg...and the npp is 200..
So I may just do 1000 test and 600 npp.
.
 
How quickly we get behind....updates coming after training today!
 
i cannot run that high a dose

im interested to see how you handle a gram a week of test. I for one cannot go that high i get the flu more often at higher doses.
 
I know it..Just a little way of seeing how I feel with that dose but with the npp it helps.
so as of yesterday I have done 5 rounds of test cyp at 250 per and 4 rounds of npp at 200 per ..I feel great and put on a few lbs.265 now,so 3-4 lbs in a week.which as I stated I am trying to keep my weight steady and not accumulate to much fat.
supps:
1000 test cyp
600 npp
This week.
nutrition :
300 protein
200 carbs
130 fats
Will change next week.

Chest and shoulders on Thursday :
flat db twist press:
3 sets of 10..75s
incline BB:
4 sets of 8..275
stretch pushups :
2 sets of 20.
db bent over rear laterals :
3 sets of 20..40s
BB front raise:
3 sets of 12..85
Db side laterals heavy partials:
3 sets of 30..60s

With all due respect to John I will leave all the good details of how the exercises are performed out..but I had this programme before I was injured last year.
 
Good log J,very detailed .i haven't trained 2 body parts at a time other than bi's/tri's in years .im almost 46 years old and have enough trouble doing one body part per workout .
 
I know it..I just don't use heavy weights like I used to.But I trained DC for a few years and BFT before that..I also trained in a powerlifting gym as well.
if you haven't tried Mountaindog I highly recommend it.Scott also has Fortitude Training which I am working my way towards!:)
 
Kind of crazy sometimes I used to use so much more than I am now,but at 41 I just don't think throwing the kitchen sink at it is the way to go.All that to say I did 9 ml total last week ..Idk maybe that is a lot, maybe not. I do have some pretty good ideas for tyhe weeks to come cycle wise..

Like I said each exercise has different little tricks..but I am leaving those out..Love mountaindog training though!

I took 250 tc /200 npp today..Can I say Viking has it together.These dvds are as good as anything I have used.Not just saying that,goes in smooth even at 2ml at a time and I am changing in the mirror.Also npp seems ok as s preworkout boost.Not like test suspension, but being a fast ester I seem to notice it in the gym..Anyone that has questions hit me up!

3 sets of 10..190
Supinated pulldowns :
4 sets of 10..90 a side
Db pullover :

just to be clear, I am using a mountaindog programme I never got to finish because I fell off a ladder ..
I was going to go with a DC approach but I like what I am doing now.
so this weeks training days,including today I did 250/200 test and npp..

I am not trying to blow up,in fact trying to stay around where I am 265 or so..
I am working on not getting fat..:)
Once I hit a wall..that's when I will add some slin and also maybe some mk677. GH maybe too!
Open to suggestions and thoughts here?!
I have never been a "ARMS " guy! Lol!but they are day 4 of training week.
