Hello over the next five weeks I will be logging Keytech’s mecasermin product. I have a previous log ( http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/members-logs/146778-strong-look-like.html ) that I will be pausing during this time to log my progress here. Cycle will be 1750test weekly, 700tren weekly, 10iu hgh daily and keytech’s mecasermin product dose at 150mcg five times a day after meals 1-5. Other none muscle building drugs are 2mg arimidex weekly, multivitamin, 6000iu vit d3, 20mg lisinopril, 1/4 cup acv in morning and more than likely 500mg metformin twice daily. Training will be Monday-Friday following an advanced DC type of split. I have a pretty decent strength base from a powerlifting background that I’ve been trying to translate into a better looking physique by changing how I lift, that will continue more extreme in this log. 10iu hgh, 500mg metformin, 1/2mg adex (Monday’s Tuesday Thursday Friday), 1/4 cup acv,aas shot
1-3scoop shake,1cup oats,16 ounce OJ,150mcg igf
Train
2-3scoop protein,1cup oats,20 ounce can crushed pineapple,150mcg igf
3-8 ounce cooked chicken breast, 1 cup measured dry instant white rice, 1 cup bone beef broth, 1/2 tsp iodized sea salt, 2 cups broccoli, 150mcg igf
4-3 scoops protein, 1cup oats,150mcg igf
5 same as 3 including 150mcg igf, vitd3,multi,lisinopril,500mg metformin
6-6 whole eggs
Before bed 50mg Melatonin
450carbs/462 pro/79 fat
I work in a manufacturing facility making metal so it’s hot and the schedule is 12 hour rotating shift work. I average 60 hours weekly.
