hey guys, been a while since I updated (sorrys)
changed a few things around:
Drugs: dropped tren, added deca. Will only run tren last 6 weeks before end of diet phase
Diet: dropped allergens: peanut butter, eggs (temporary), gluten, diet drinks, whey. Feeling much less sluggish, though not sure if diet was to blame.
Training New split: Chest/biceps, off, Back/hamstrings, off, Shoulders/triceps, Quads. Calves and abs are both trained 2x a week.
Dropping squatting movements (except for machine squats), and putting focus back on leg pressing.
Putting less focus on Rack deadlifts, and more on heavy rows
Changed a few movements in my training sessions, which you will see as you follow along.
morning weight: 237 (5'9)
abs have made great improvements... pretty stoked because they are all that really matters when you think about it
