Today was Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

I ate the following

6 whole eggs, slice of pepper jack cheese, 1 potato made into hashbrowns

Shake

Ground beef with whole wheat noodles and sauce

Same as previous meal (Had leftovers to finish)

8oz chicken and sweet potato and tablespoon peanut butter

Pre workout shake

Intra workout shake

8oz chicken and sweet potato

Will have coconut milk and lbas before bed

Workout:

Decline bench:
405 x 4, felt good and tried to use 405 for working set but only managed 4 reps.

HS Super Incline
290 x 6 with two static holds

Shoulder Machine press (Some older machine, not HS)
450 x 7

Lat Raises
60 x 7

JM Press
245 x 8

Machine over head extention
270 x 10

Did not feel up to par today and the workout suffered for it. Took a pic post workout:

Medium chain fatty acids and it's delicious with LBAs. I love coconut milk.

I grade a potato into a frying pan and cook it up. Very similar to waffle house hash browns :)

Im loving it as well. 2 splendas cinnamon and a few tablespoons coconut milk in oatmeal AMAZING. I like the hash brown idea super easy thanks bro!

75mg Tren Ace EOD

10ius GH split 5 a.m., 5 p.m. on non training days
Training days 10ius post-workout with 10iu humalog

No peptides being used currently. This may also change and I will update accordingly.

Prami and Arimidex used as needed.

I know Spartan Tren kicks balls so I am hesitant to go past 75mg EOD but I could push it to 100mg. I am GH virgin but I don't want to hear any fuss about starting at 10ius, this isn't fucking around and the title is mutation. I got to 220lbs without gh so now it's time to rocket into the final frontier trekkies. I'm open to suggestions from knowledgeable people.

Okay, Leg day is usually Wednesday but it was moved due to work and education obligations.

Meals are as followed

Eggs and Potato followed by a quick drop by Mcdonalds for McGriddle and Sausage biscuit wish more hashbrowns and coffee.

Shake

Chicken, Rice and almonds

Intra workout shake

Post workout shake

Ground turkey with sweet potato and peanut butter

Chicken with sweet potato and cashews

Almond Milk and Chocolate LBAS

Workout

Squats:
495 x 7 *today was light day because my lower back felt sore

Hack squats:
500lbs x 10

Standing leg curls
85 x 9

Lying leg curls
160 x 8

I have changed my gh/slin protocol based on advice from a very knowledgeable individual who will remain unnamed out of respect for information. If they want to chime, that is up to them.

It's very similar to Mutants Protocol but with an extra slin shot post workout:

Gh pinned, 15 mins later, Meal with Humalog
Intra workout shake
Slin pinned with post workout shake

I am giving this a go and we can all see the results firsthand.

Yes, most of the time, I try to unless my lower back is achy. Some times i will opt for deadlifts from the floor but with my legs being so damn big, I try to just do rackpulls and focus on back.

You know people ask me that all the time, granted hellbillys deltsa re bigger than mine, but i know for me, i havent injected in my delts in damn near a decade.
