Time to improve - Log for 2016

I've been dropping weight like crazy which I'm okay with as I am not really worried about being big right now. My waist is tight and I feel good so I'm happy. I dropped the tren and I'm only using 300mg prop and 400mg mast right now.

I even cut out fat burners (except synthetine) and only doing cardio few days a week, tempted to do a 3 week finally and just get peeled but I'm kind of enjoying leaning out without hurting myself. My face is starting to get sunken in a bit haha nice to see a jaw line.

Sorry guys been MIA. Buuut progress is still coming

Just a heads up I've been off the PSL stuff for a month or so and just using 500mg test E with an anti E and 75mg Winny a day (had a bunch so figured I'd try it out).

Also still using the injectable carnitine. I had a shitty week awhile ago and barely ate or trained and dropped to 203lbs, got called skinny too much so I used pre workout slin with the carnitine to fill back up just for a week. Cut the slin back out and been training and eating well.

Here's me at about 215lbs
