If not, I would have never known about Carditone. I've only been in it 2.5 weeks, and my blood pressure a few minutes ago was 118/66. It works way better than I was expecting!

Still got some little pooches of fat but pretty happy to walk around like this, definitely much more presentable condition than I've ever maintained consistently before.

Weight is about 238 still.

Yeah I actually worked with Matt for a large chunk of 2014/2015. I'm not competing soon or anything so I'm not really worried about the trouble spots enough to put any serious effort.

Trainings been good. Had a mishap or two with diet but very minor, been in process of moving but no errors enough to cause any set backs really. Diets basically the same.

Had a damn good pump tonight and definitely the best I have looked.

Still alive gentlemen. I have been going through some personal shit and been running around so much that I only made it to the gym twice last week, and fucked up my diet a bit. Somehow I lost 8lbs and got leaner, which is cool, and I'm back on my split and excited to be.
