I adore tbol so far, just want to experiment with more than 30mg. Vascularity is highest its ever been (not vascular normally at all) and endurance is crazy in gym.

K guys, been kind of a insane week or so. Just found out we have to move on very short notice...which sucks balls. On top of that my son has had pneumonia again so sleep has been spotty for all of us.

However I haven't missed any meals or training sessions, they have just been sometimes rushed and not prioritized like I enjoy. But that's life.

Dude I've been fat my whole life, for me to maintain this condition with a few veins in my abs is like a dream come true haha.

And naw I'm using the Europharm line from a different sponsor. If you mean Imporium, I don't think they send to Canada (I'm in BC) :'(

As for diet, here's what today looks like for me

Meal 1: 500ml egg whites (50g protein) scrambled with spinach and 2 slices of sprouted grain bread

Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup Jasmine rice and 1 cup broccoli (pre workout)

Meal 3: 50g whey and 1 cup oats (post workout)

Meal 4: same as meal 2

Meal 5: 500ml egg whites And 2/3 cup oats

Meal 6: 4oz chicken, 2tbsl olive oil, huge bowl of spinach and 1 cup 2% cottage cheese



I don't use intra carbs very often, bcaa or EAA, creatine, Citrulline and glutamine

T minus 7 days till I switch cycle. Things are progressing well but I'm ready for the switch, the HOLY FUCK progress from week to week has slowed

Alright guys, today's marks the beginning of phase 2 of this cycle. It's gonna look like this

250mg test
750mg eq
300mg tren ace
300mg mast


Before anyone asks, the lower test higher EQ is more of an experiment and not something I firmly believe in. Up to now I've had test and npp equal at 600mg but I'm gonna see what I look like with that setup. I'm hoping to take on a drier appearance while staying full and continue to lean out.


Things lately have not exactly been perfect in life but I have no stumbled at all with my diet or training (I refuse to). I've had to train at different times and no real pattern but I get it in without fail.

Despite all that I feel great physically and this change should spark some continued progress.
