Interesting log. Your deltoids are like cannonball. Do you inject in your shoulders alot?

Not really. I will say that I've always had decent delts but earlier in the year, I used a lot of IGF that was directly put into them. I would complain to Osiris that I wasn't see anything significant but he assured me that it would come 45 days+ down the line. So the IGF in conjunction with lat raise widowmakers and stretching did make a significant improvement. Have never used any SEO.
 
So I was sick earlier this week and unable to eat like I wanted to. Threw up a couple of times and nothing pisses me off more than eating some, only to have it go down the sink or toilet.

Did back and biceps: Felt weak again, should be better by the weekend. I've changed my routine so upper body days will fall onto days that I can get the most rest. I don't need to focus that much on legs.

Barbell curls
135 x 8

Machine curl
140 x 7 + 4 (rest paused last set)

Close grip pulldowns
230 x 9

HS Pullovers
270 x 10

Bent rows
365 x 9

Rack pulls
595 x 6

I ate the following

6 eggs, hashbrowns

shake

Ground beef and whole wheat pasta with sauce

Intra workout shake
Post workout shake

Ground turkey with whole wheat pasta and sauce and broccoli

Same as previous Meal

and LBAS and coconut milk before bed

Nothings worse then being sick and throwing up what your trying to get down. Looks like your on the up n up though man, get well soon.
 
You know people ask me that all the time, granted hellbillys deltsa re bigger than mine, but i know for me, i havent injected in my delts in damn near a decade.

I find it easier for me to inject in my delt! I will set up a thread on site injections in beginners lol

Well if it works for you stick to it. Your delts are freaking huge like tenpin balls. My first thought was SEO but I didnt think it was SEO. Your back has good width! Did you say you are 5'6,5'7?

Alright, I'm back into the swing of things, today was Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

I ate:

Lbas and coconut milk with eggs and potato hashbrowns
ground turkey, rice and peanut butter.
Same meal as #2
Intra workout shake
Post workout shake
Chipotle bowl with double meat.
Steak, shrimp and sweet potato
Lbas and coconut milk

Workout:
Decline bench 385 x 7
HS Super Incline 270 x 6
Lateral raise 60 x 8
Machine Shoulder Press 160 x 12
Close Grip Bench 285 x 7
Dip machine 260 x 11

I quipped to my g/f that I felt small today during the workout. She snapped a quick picture for her reference. She insisted that I post it up even though I dropped the ball of the most muscular. :)

Today was leg day, it was a quick and dirty workout as I was pressed for time with everything that's going on and the semester is winding down. Writing papers and what not

Anyway,

Meals:

6 whole eggs, bowl of cereal
Shake
Turkey and Rice with peanut butter and spinach
Same as previous
intra workout shake
post workout shake
chicken, sweet potato and spinach
LBAS and coconut milk

Workout:
Front squats: 315 x 10
Hack squats: 360 x 20
Standing leg curls: 85 x 10
Lying leg curls: 160 x 8

I will try and get some pics this weekend. I am appearing leaner than the previous picture posted but weight has remained the same. GH is working like a charm.
 
The schedule this week was screwed up as school work took a priority. I did back and biceps today.
