Thank you Miss Q, I hope you had a great Easter as well! My Easter was like one big foodgasm! I did not even want to eat breakfast this morning because I ate so may carbs last night!
The Ukraininan Sweet bread, ham, carrot cake were all AMAZING! Ugghh, but now I feel like a stuffed pig! I was sweating like one this morning too!
So, I haven't posted in a few days due to my crazy schedule and this Holiday. Arms were pretty good on Friday, my elbow was actually feeling pretty good so I was able to push it a little harder on tri's. Saturday morning I had to get my fork lift certificaiton for work, so I was up at the butt crack of dawn, and then rushed back home to get our three hour leg workout in. Legs were ok, I've been experiencing a lot of nerve pain when leg pressing again, so that really put a monkey wrench into my workout. I squatted 225 again, but reps were a little down. I suppose this week the lack of carbs stared to affect my leg day. Sunday we also had to get up early to get our chest day in before our gym closed early due to the weekend. Chest went ok, I'm certainly sore today!
Usually I'll cheat on Friday night inorder to fuel my long and hard ass leg routine, but due to the holiday my cheat was not until last night. So, I decided to switch up my training split this week and inorder to utilize all the carbs I happily consumed yesterday. I usually train back on Wednesday, but I'm gonna go ahead and do it today.

Anthro- sounds like you killed it all the way around on Sat!!! Do you think some of your nerve pain is caused by the type of the work you do?

I don't think it's caused by it, I'm pretty sure it stemmed from an injury on a leg press a couple years ago. I actually gave up manual labor a couple years ago, like I said in the start of this thread, it was just wearing my body down too much and making me look a little too run down. I think I'm going to make a trip to my massage therapist next week and se if she can help it at all.
OMG, my muscles were getting pumped just putting lotion on! It was soo crazy! I think I'm going to do arms today too in order to utilize these carbs as best I can! Usually arms are on Friday, but my energy is great from that carb up!
Now I've just got to figure out what I'm going to do for arms today...
You look great! Try some probiotics and digestive enzymes with every meal, they keep me regular when I'm not eating too many carbs. Plenty of veg helps too
And forgot to mention great progression girl!!!!!
I just had THE BEST BACK WORKOUT! I rocked that shit! All those carbs did my body good!

Good work! Don't you just love that carb-up feeling? Besides the general bloated feeling after my refeeds and the intermittent sweating spells, my muscles look incredible. I know sounds hot right? Sweating, bloated, and cool muscles! haha! oh well!

Miss Q the fork lift cert IS for my new job, but I only have to use it on occasion when deliveries come in. I'm super happy with my desk job! I'm now a bookkeeper/controller for a company that builds tennis courts. It's funny 'cause I've had to give our guys instruction on how to use some grading equipment! LOL I love being a tom boy! lol
