First off id like to say my apologies for breaking the rules, i didnt even put two and two togethor. So here is my new log.
Some stats on me
Years training: 9
Age: 24
Height: 5'7.5-5'8"
Weight: 195 ( After carbup )
BF%: Unsure here, im thinking 14% or so
I train 4 days a week, do cardio just about everyday, and am now handling my own diet.
Goal: I want to slowly but surely get lean, im talking 6-7% or so for summer, then slowly bulk once summer is over.
