I really don't understand any of the claims said here about dnp.i on day 5 at 500mg a day and I notice no difference.im always hot so I can't say it's making me more hot than normal.i started with 250mg caps then when I felt nothing raised it to 500mg and no difference.im not sure if I should raise again?this is my first time using this and it's def not making me hold any extra water,I never got a rash but I take visceral for sleep that is an antihistamine ,so that could be the case .

I know it's real only cause my piss is a weird color and the sponsor I got it from.

Should I stay on it another week at 500mg or should I raise it to 750.

In not asking for sides but I thought it came with the territory.

I'll talk to sponsor see what he suggests.

I'd stay where your at if this is your first time, better to live to fight another day, lol

If you leave your DNP exposed to light (or the atmosphere, with its hydroxyl radicals and all that), the main decomposition product is 2-amino-4-nitrophenol. This product is less toxic than DNP itself, but has been implicated in bladder cancer. So, long story short, if you notice long-term reductions in the potency of your DNP, don't use it.

People usually dries it by exposing it to the sun, so everyone could be getting bladder cancer.

Regardless of that, the fact is that to dry it, either you put it out in the open or you heat it in a microwave. For some reason, I prefer the first alternative.

On the other hand, I read about DNP byproducts that could be carcinogenic, but I do not remember much.

DNP will be burning any glyocgen you have..what does metform do? Dumps glucose. Listen to the most recent blood sweat and gear podcast they discuss this.

NY Muscle is the only one who says that DNP causes bladder cancer. he has no evidence for this... and numerous studies (on humans) haven't shown any correlation between DNP and any form of cancer

Where is the that even coming from? I've seen stuff about cataracts in the literature but never bladder cancer. I'm trying to figure out the basis or research he may be relying on.

he had bladder cancer and (thankfully) beat it.

for some reason, he has posted several times on this board that DNP caused it.

he's not relying on any literature or research
