That's going to be a lot of weight in a short period of time, snoring wil probably get worse as you grow. Esp if your holding some extra water. Did your log get moved on the other site ? I can't seem to find it now

I actually did my last shot today. Did 700 the whole time. Not sure how many weeks total I made it but it was def a slow burner. Steady gains, nothing explosive but it's a worthwhile addition to either bulk or cut plan. No major sides to speak of except some hair shedding but that could also be the other items in the mix or just genetic.

Ending bodyweight is around 240. Bf is 9-10%.
