anyhow, good leg workout tonight. good pumps, and felt i had some extra stamina. could all be in my head, or could be myofuel

i should note, it has a distinct taste to it, almost like a frosted strawberry poptart. . this is my first time using any sort of intra workout product btw, so far so good

This is pretty much a promo thread as these are two products you are not really gonna notice that much. Things will be very subtle so a log on them is pretty pointless imo. Now a log on your overall progress would be different. You have learnt a lot on here over the last year so if you apply that you could do some great things. Sure by using these products with a good plan great results can be made but that will be over a long time. It's not like injecting test and adding in some dbol. A bit like doing a log on protein powder... no one does them for a reason. Now a pre workout can make a good log as they can bring about focus/mental clarity , energy, pumps, even strength etc. Ross should have sent you some Amplify to log.

yea fellas, just doing a log since ross asked me to start one up for myofuel. but as i said, there's definitely not much to log for the humanotropin, besides maybe better sleep quality. i guess this log is done lol!
