I'll bet you are lean though.

By my standards yes. Still holding some fat in stomach but I think I'll have a really lean base to build on when I get out in September. Plus I'll have been almost 5 months with zero supplements or fat burners so I'm guessing I'll respond well.

Thanks for all the nice comments and support. The hardest thing by far has been being away from my little boys but I get to see them all for the weekend in two weeks!

Yes. We do PT at 4:00am every morning in a sand pit. TK about fasted cardio.

It was maybe the best feeling of my life; followed very abruptly by this unbearable weight on my chest today as they leave. Just 4 more weeks though.

You get a weekend off after 10 weeks before AIT starts. Before that I had one phone call home a month.

No doubt. I broke down like a baby as they left. Back to reality now. I'll be without a phone again after tonight for 4 more weeks. I go straight into out field training exercise which is a week of sleeping in a fox hole in this Georgia heat. I'll probably drop below 200 pounds for the first time since high school.

Then when I get out I'm going to start a log with the blackstone labs products I won here just before I left.
