Wow, I can't even fathom RASP right now. That's awesome brother! I'm a Nasty Girl so I'll be heading home until called upon. Wish I could have went active years ago but I'm too old, too many kids and my career is pretty solid. Just trying to serve in what capacity I can.

Well I'm home now guys! Looking forward to getting back in the gym. I lost a ton of fat but still need to shed about 20 pounds of stomach fat. Headed to the store now. Diet starts today.

I had no idea how 40 pounds of fat could have that much to do with strength. Today was my first day back in the gym and my working sets were a joke. That said, I'll take this new look over the old one any day!
